IdealShape is almost like a complete weight loss program in a shake. It contains the usual ingredients you would find in shake, like proteins and important vitamins and minerals, but it also contains a range of additional ingredients which help the body to:

Each shake provides approx 12grams of protein, which is slightly lower than some of the shakes we’ve reviewed. However because each serving only contains 100 calories you can mix together with skimmed milk to boost the protein levels, and still have a very low calorie, low-fat shake.
The shake also contains natural sources of fiber which help to make you feel full for longer. Studies show that most people’s diets are lacking in fiber, so it’s essential that your meal replacement shake contains a decent supply of fiber.

The shake actually tastes pretty good. The Vanilla shake that we tried had no aftertaste, wasn’t overly sweet and didn’t taste chalky like many shakes do. You could add frozen berries for example to the shake to create a new flavour if you wanted to.
